The characteristic of Heat Pipe Collector
1. Vacuum tube absorbs the solar radiation and transforms it into heat energy. Then it transfers the energy to the heat tube and the heat tube transfers it to the working media. Working media is forced to circulate by the circulation pump and heat the tank’s water. The water is heated by the heat pipe rapidly.
2. High pressure-bearing technology does not limit installation height, heated water operated under high pressure, has high current and has comfortable bath; vacuum tube does not leak water, does not store scale and has not tube explosion. The whole machine has strong anti-freezing capability, has more stable operation.
3. Adopt heat-tube heating technology, has low starting temperature, rapid diathermancy and high heat efficiency.
5. Collector is separate from water tank and achieves integration with architecture and form an integrated part of architecture
6. There is no water in the vacuum tube, so the tube will not break in winter.
7. It can be combined with existing heating source and pipelines.
8. It can be still operate in the event of occasional tube breakages.
